Second bedroom is a king suite with its own private entry AND a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee. Ceiling fans in main room and bedrooms. Sofa sleeper serves as a 3rd bed for accommodating 5th and 6th overnight guests. Laundry closet has washer and dryer. This unit offers basic cable and a 50" TV in the living area, a 43" Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 32" TV with Roku in the 2nd Bedroom. Streaming apps can be accessed via the guest's personal log-in credentials. Make sure you take a dip and get some sun in the amazing Laterra pool located next door in the 955-building courtyard. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this is a ground floor condo, this unit is not ADA compliant.
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.
