The home is 2 stories. There is one set of stairs that are fully carpeted which lead to all the upstairs bedrooms. To help your mind walk through how the house is set up, here's a brief description of each area of the home.
➡The first room upon entering is the living room/kitchen and dining room with seating for everyone and marble countertops.
➡As you move towards the back of the lower level, there are brand new washer/dryer closet with shelving and the door to the shared side yard
➡The property has a side yard that is a shared side yard with long term tenants. This is just like you would see in an apartment complex with a shared common area to get to your apartment. The tenants are all very quiet and dont use the shared side yard very often if at all.
➡There is a 1/2 bath on the lower level with a vanity.
➡As you go up the stairs, the 3 bedrooms are the first rooms you will see. With the full bathroom that has a glass shower door and full vanity.

The front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys needed to get checked in. We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival. If there are any issues, we will be able to unlcok or lock it remotely.
