Enjoy sweeping and breathtaking views of the Rogue River. The Boat House offers expansive river views from your living and bedroom or outside on the covered patio. Enjoy watching the ducks, geese, osprey and even eagles in their natural habitat. Awaken to inspiring sunrises and tranquil sunsets.
The space
You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including a full size stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. This unit was built with a focus on enjoying the spectacular view. You can sit at the bar, on the couch or lay in bed and watch nature. There is a cozy sectional right outside the doors if you want to enjoy the covers patio.
In the oversized master bedroom you'll find a king size bed with luxurious linens and bedding and a walk-in closet. The onsuite bathroom includes double sink and vanities with a beautiful shower.
Enjoy the immaculate grounds with over 10,000 square feet of riverfront lawn. This property is also a venue from May through October so there is plenty of room to run around and enjoy yourself. Fishing off the bank is another favorite for our guests. Please check with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife regarding their recommendations for licensing.

This is a lower unit inside a gated residence. The entire property has four units on over two acres. You’ll enjoy a private parking spot with direct access to The Boat House.

We are a small gated community. There are two acres with two families. A total of four units. We are a venue and you may experience a venue tour while you are here. Please be courteous to others guests.
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking outside on patios, in the venue or anywhere on the property is prohibited.
Only guests that are listed in the reservation are permitted in the unit overnight.
