Summary: The air-conditioning was not working properly in the unit. We reached out to the property manager asking for some fans. They said they would reach out to the owner but we never heard back. We then learnt that the management company is the owner.Also one of our FOBs did not work and when we inquired about getting a new one, we were told that it "worked prior to our check in" and again ignored. You need a fob to get in and out of the parking and also the pool so only having one working FOB was a pain. We had to source out help ourselves to get it functioning.The patio furniture was really old and worn with two chairs tearing during our stay. There was not enough seats for us to all enjoy the patio. Hopefully they have purchased some new furniture.The condo could be great with just a few amenities and care from the "property manager". The location is wonderful and Barona beach is the perfect place to stay in Kelowna.
