Spacious 4-Bedroom, 4-Bath condo with screened lanai and great view. All on ground floor….no stairs. Large, full kitchen with island has plenty of room for multiple cooks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Private patio from sliding glass doors in master bedroom. Large screened lanai with plenty of seating is perfect for relaxing with family and friends as you enjoy the view and amazing Florida climate. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer, cabinet space and utility sink. Make sure you soak in some sun in the community pool located at the front of the community. While this property is ground floor and has a walk-in shower with separate tub, it is not ADA compliant. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This unit offers Roku TV on all TVs. Tenants must access apps via their own accounts. Garage and Owner's closet are excluded from tenant's use.
We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Cats must be declawed. No puppies. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
