Summary: The facility is brand new and the room I was very nicely decorated. Everything was sparking clean. It is also very quiet; so I had overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Although there is no reception, the management was readily available by messaging and extremely responsive. Make sure you receive your room number and PIN needed to enter. In my case I didn't because of an email glitch (nothing to do with the property).
