Hop Yard Cottage is a wonderful home built by one of the early Grants Pass families behind the original old farmhouse (which was then demolished); this setting was home to hop farms and cattle in the early 1900s. Close to town, but still feels like country on half an acre with mature oak and walnut trees.
The Rogue River is less than a mile away...known for its salmon runs, whitewater rafting, and rugged scenery, it was one of the original eight rivers named in the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1968.
