LIVING SPACE
Living room is huge with 70" television. Couch and chairs to seat all 8 people very comfortably. Beautiful large windows that give an expansive view of the beautiful outdoors.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms 1 king bed. 3 queen beds (1 is a Murphy bed).
KITCHEN AND DINING
Fully stocked kitchen and basic pantry items and condiments available.
OUTDOORS
The deck is the best part of this property. Approx 1000 square foot deck overlooking all of Medford. A beautiful view of table rock mountains. Large BBQ on front deck gassed up and ready for you to enjoy. There is a table with 6 chairs and an umbrella to sit and just relax.
VISITORS
While we donβt mind a visitor or two coming by to enjoy dinner on the deck we donβt allow any more than 8 to book the property and we allow no more than 8 people on the property at any time.
PETS
Due to a disability the owner has, no pets are allowed on the property at all. Sorry no exceptions for the safety of the owner.
PARKING
There is plenty of parking in the driveway if the home. There is no garage access for guests.
SECURITY CAMERAS: there are 2 on the outside of the property. We use this for person free check-in when you get there as well as basic security. We have 1 located in the carport area (this is primarily used for check in). We have one that points to the entire back of the property which includes our shop and our two tiny houses. Coverings the cameras will result in a $50 fee for a staff person to come remedy the situation. Failure to leave the cameras alone will result in your reservation being terminated.
