This home is reverse living and offers the main living on the second floor, it feels like you are living in the trees. Master has a king and soaking tub and shower in the private bathroom. Second upstairs room provides a queen and bathroom. The bathroom can be shared for guests or be on its own. Large open space can fit 20 comfortably and kitchen has new appliances and 15 X 10 center island. Downstairs you will find a private bedroom with queen and single bed (available upon request) and mud room with additional bathroom. Two garages provide ample storage space and a recreational room with large screen, reclining couch, games, bar and fridge give men some game time or teens a space of their own. Washer and Dryer are provided. Events are allowed with approval and fee. Home is fully stocked for full time living and we are minutes to the best restaurants, bars, beach and shopping. St. Augustine is a 25 minute drive from the home.
