Come enjoy our Wildlife Sanctuary unlike any other townhome you have visited. Exceptional remodeled Single Level town home on water in sought after Sawgrass Country Club. Golf & Water views from bedrooms & living area. Screen porch to enjoy the wonderful wildlife. Stone flooring & updated kitchen, opens to Great Room with electric fireplace. Doors open to spacious Deck & Screened Porch. Short distance to beach/club amenities (membership required). 2 Minute walk to community pool . UV Light Disinfection furnace, which kills Covid. One of only two Sawgrass communities to have their own pool and you can walk to it. We will refund the $100 property damage insurance policy upon checking into our townhome. We will pay for this, but regulations require it is in the renter's name. Also, if you rent the whole month of March, the difference of the TPC week versus regular rate will be refunded back to you.
