Lovely craftsman home on B Street. The Ashland Food Coop is across the way. Located in the historic railroad district, one of the finest and most established neighborhoods in all of Ashland. Just a few blocks from the plaza, plays, Lithia Park, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. Be in the center of all the best that Ashland has to offer.
The home is well-appointed and was one of the first vacation rentals in Ashland. There is a master king suite upstairs with an in-suite half bathroom. The second level is a spacious den and additional sleeping area with a fold out queen couch. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has many cabinets and there is a pass-through window that leads to the rear deck under a bamboo garden. One downstairs bedroom has a loft with two twin beds and a queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and with a full bath right next to it. There is a spacious dining area and lovely living room. There are custom touches throughout this home including a beautiful wooden front door and tiled bathroom. Experience Ashland from our charming home away from home. Our house is fully equipped with everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay.
