The Space:
This spacious 3 bedroom condo overlooks all of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the beautiful Medano bay and Cabo's world class marina. The high ceilings and panoramic windows bring in a lot of natural light and amazing views.
The king bedroom offers a king bed, mini balcony and a spacious en suite bathroom complete with jetted tub. Perfect for romantic getaways!
The second bedroom suite offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom with lots of closet space and access to the main patio. The views from the bed are incredible!
At the front of the condo you will find a giant bedroom with two queen beds and a half-bathroom located right across the hall.
Fully equipped kitchen faces an open-concept to the main dining room and living room area, with wall to wall sliding doors that open up to a massive balcony and outdoor eating area.
The Neighborhood:
This up and coming neighbourhood is within walking distance to many local hot spots and an array of cafe's, restaurants and shopping!
Getting Around:
Car rental is highly recommended however, the condo is very well-located and situated a short 20 minute walk or 5 minute Uber/Taxi ride to the main downtown area of Cabo San Lucas.
Other Things to Note:
There are no traditional cable or satellite TV channels in the condo. The TV is a smart TV so it is connected to wifi so you can enjoy your own streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) at your leisure.
House rules:
- Parties, gatherings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. All noise should be limited at 10:00pm.
- Visitors are not allowed as per complex rules.
- No smoking/Drug use in any area of the property.
- Keys/Access codes are to remain in the possession or knowledge of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The keys/codes should never be replicated or shared and will remain under primary guests’ responsibility.
- No pets allowed.
- Breakage or damage of property must be reported immediately.
- Streaming services are not included, guests must enter their own accounts and sign them off at departure. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment from any of the property’s devices.
- Any area secured as private storage/use is strictly off limits for renting guests. Any attempts to open obviously secured areas will result in fines/eviction from property.
- If the complex where you are staying has an onsite administrator/security desk all guidelines and requests must be adhered to, failure will result in fines/eviction from the property.
** IMPORTANT: Any breach of the house rules can come with a fine, eviction notice with no refund and report of your profile for the platforms that allow.
Please note that all furniture and inventory in the house has been digitally accounted for and recorded. After your departure, we will inspect the house to make sure all items are in good condition. In case of any accident such as broken glass or plate or anything else, you must notify us to arrange replacement. If we find any items missing or broken, you may incur a charge.
Your damage deposit account will be charged if we find anything broken or stained, such as carpet stains, wall marks, duvet or bedding stains, furniture stains or damage, etc.
Evidence of partying or smoking/drug use inside the unit will also incur this charge. May be up to the same amount for an additional cleaning fee.
You will forfeit your damage deposit if a pet or evidence of its presence is found in the unit.
